3. Be sure to be on CHROME on as FAST INTERNET as possible

4. Have headset or way to listen to video

5. Formulate plan of action

• a. Answer within CP - TAP "patient chart"
  • i. FIRST TIME tap on Media Rx button and choose - TCC Consult Note
  • ii. ALL TIMES - open TCC Care Note - and choose - "Take Survey"
  • iii. Send a short note in the chat box to say uploaded
• b. Answer with PDF
  • i. FIRST TIME tap on Media Rx button and choose - TCC PDF Care Note
  • ii. ALL TIMES - open TCC PDF Care Directive - and choose upload - upload a PDF file only
  • iii. Send a short note in the chat box to say uploaded

6. Tap on Mark Round Complete

***Rotation can take a long time. Do so with EXTREME caution. Video is unencrypted and rotated frame by frame. (ie. a 2 minute video can take 30 minutes to rotate)
